Ginger cookies
Ingredients:
- 60 g butter
- 90 g golden syrup
- 120 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Heat the butter and golden syrup. When they have melted, leave to cool.
- Mix the other ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooled syrup misture.
- Make into small balls. Decorate them with sugar.
- Cook on greased baking trays at 180ºC for about 15 minutes (Leave space between the balls).
- Cool on the baking trays for 5 minutes.
- Let the cookies get cold on a wire rack.
Chocolate cakes
Ingredients
- 110 g brown sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 60 g dark chocolate
- 80 g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 110 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Heat 110 g brown sugar, milk and chocolate, stirring. When the chocolate melts, leave it cool.
- Beat butter and the rest of the brown sugar together. Add vanilla. Add eggs one by one. Beat well after each egg.
- Beat in the dry ingredients, alternately with the rest of the milk, then the chocolate misture.
- Cook in individual ramekins at 180ºC for about 20 minutes.
